Do I need to have done pilates before or need to be fit?

No – pilates is for both total beginners or extremely active people

What do I wear?

Comfortable but not too loose clothing as I need to be able to see muscle acitivity – pilates is done in bare feet or socks if cold

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No just a small towel to place under the head for certain exercises

What happens if I miss a class?

You can make up missed classes at any of the other class times subject to availability so long as you are currently on a course.  Sorry no refunds given.

Can I join mid-course?

Yes - an initial assessment will be offered prior to class on the first lesson to talk through any concerns and to familiarise basic principles to ensure safety and effectiveness and breathing techniques.
