The following On-line Video collection were made during lock-down.
The videos are an hour long on-line lesson sent to your email address which then can be accessed anytime to do as a whole lesson or in parts as many times as you wish.
They are aimed to suit all levels and as with most Pilates teaching instructions are given to progress only when ready. They are £30 for all six or £5.50 per video if preferred to take individually
